Brief of Our Admission Department

The registrar office is responsible for academic affairs and it provides services to our prospective and current students. The office is the point of contact where students can make initial course queries, pick application forms, process admissions and registrations, exam booking, exam  result s  and organise graduation ceremony.

Greenwich College offers programmes whose curriculums are approved by TVETA, the body that is entrusted to  moderate the quality of higher education in the country.  Each programme is examined  by leading local and international accrediting bodies.  The College has the mandate to process, administer and moderate many of the examinations while university bridging courses are moderated by the affiliate university.

Terms of Admission

COLLEGE PROGRAMMES
Intakes for regular programmes are usually in January, May and September of every year. Examining bodies for College programmes include:
  • The Kenya National Examinations Council – KNEC
  • Kenya Accountants and Secretaries national Examination Board - KASNEB
  • Kenya Institute of Supplies Management - KISM
  • Kenya Institute of Social Work & Community Development - KISWCD
  • Institute of Commercial Management – ICM


  • If students meet the minimum entry requirement for their intended course, then they should make a request by submitting a registration form which can be obtained at the main centre or at our recruiting branches.

    The applicants should return completed forms and:
  • 2 recent passport size photos
  • A copy of KCSE result slip
  • A copy of your National ID

  • The following fees are also payable upon registration, in addition to tuition fees:
  • Admission fee – Ksh. 500/=
  • Library fee – Free
  • Student ID Fee – Ksh 500/=
  • Exam Administration Fee – Ksh  350/= per term

    BRIDGING PROGRAMMES
    Intakes for the bridging programmes are held in January, May and September every year. Students are required to register for their preferred course before the  intake month. Students shall submit an official application  form, which can be obtained at the main centre or  at our recruiting branches.

    The applicants must fill the form in duplicate and attach:
  • 2 recent passport size photos
  • A copy of KCSE result slip
  • A copy of your National ID

  • When given clearance for the course, students must complete a registration form  to the registration office and so submit  a copy of a bank deposit slip of Ksh  500 /= for Certificate programme and Ksh 1000 /= for Diploma Programmes.
